With much gratitude for the inspiration from FASO artist, Suzanne Ens, the students of Saturday Art discovered a wealth of additional illustration skills for their own artwork, by copying Suzanne's delightful, whimsical art.
It was a challenging exercise for them, their need to improvise from her multi-media originals. We didn't have all her resources, but we did a fine job of studying her details then stretching our imaginations to replicate them. The replicas are VERY good! Everyone had huge smiles by the end of the day, proud of their abilities, but it was Suzanne's delightful art that put those smiles on their faces, first.
THANK YOU, SUZANNE!
